Our Facility

PT. Indo Aero Semesta occupies the area 183.04 square meters consisted of 3 floors and provided with the facility: Electrical Power 3 phase / 380 VAC / 50 Hz, Electrical Power 28 VDC/250 Amp. Electrical Power 3 phase / 115 VAC / 400 hz, Air Compressor, Pneumatic Test Stand, Air Engine Starter Test Stand, Hydraulic Test Stand and Cleaning Facilities, Oven and Coffee Maker Teststand, Starter Generator and Load Bank Teststand.

Office

Our administration perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and managerial duties necessary to keep aircraft maintenance activities running efficiently.

Workshop Area

In this area the Landing gears and Hydraulic Components performed repair or overhaul process, receiving inspection, disassembling, inspection, repairing, reassembling.

Tools and Equipment

To support maintenance of pneumatic, hydraulic, accessories and electrical component, Indo Aero Semesta Shop provides tools and equipment.


Hydraulic Test-bench

The Hydraulic Test Bench is designed for carrying out procedures on functional test of various Landing gears and hydraulic components.

Air Cicle Machine Test-bench

The ACM test stand is used to control test parameters while performing operational testing on the air cycle machine (ACM).

Starter Generator Test-bench

This test stand is designed for the purpose of testing new or overhauled AC Generators with a high speed gearbox and 200 HP drive motor with a variable frequency.

Electrical Valve Test-bench

Providing capability to test a wide variety of pneumatic valves and components installed on all modern aircraft with a broad range of flow.

Cleaning & Painting Area

This area designed for general Painting and ultrasonic cleaning, also for NDT inspection process.

Part and Utility

Providing spare parts that always under control of stock so that the maintenance of component is handled according to target confirmed by company and to speed up turn around time.

Administration Room

The Administration room typically work in a clean, comfortable office environment. We Places of work vary depending on whether they are assigned to sea or shore duty. The tasks they perform are mostly mental and require close cooperation with fellow workers.

Our administration perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and managerial duties necessary to keep aircraft maintenance activities running efficiently. The rating requires close communication with all other aviation maintenance ratings.

Workshop Area

In this area the Landing gears and Hydraulic Components performed repair or overhaul process, receiving inspection, disassembling, inspection, repairing, reassembling.

The all Landing gears and hydraulic components repaired and overhauled in according with Component Maintenance Manual ( CMM ) and other specifications that issued vendors by qualified and certified personeels, and always supervised by inspector.

Specialy for Landing Gear or other components that being overhauled, they must be done NDT inspection ( Magnetic Particle Inspection and Penetran methods Of Inspection ), this tasks / process performed by qualified and certified personnel by our sub-contractor with NDT qualified and approved by Indonesian DGCA.


Hydraulic Test Bench

The Hydraulic Test Bench is designed for carrying out procedures on functional test of various Landing gears and hydraulic components. The fully enclosed drive section on the left features a 200 HP DC motor and dual-headed gearbox with speed ranges of 0-5300 RPM and 0-14150 RPM. Low pressure boost flow (up to 83 GPM) is available for pump testing and regenerative capabilities on the drive allow for motor testing.

The hydraulic power source (not pictured) is a remote skid which features a 200 HP AC motor/variable volume piston pump (in addition to the boost pump/motor). This circuit is capable of delivering up to 50 GPM at 6000 PSI or 80 GPM at approx 3500 PSI. Oil filtration (3 micron) and accumulator keep oil supply contaminant and pulse free.

Air Cycle Machine Test Bench

The ACM test stand is used to control test parameters while performing operational testing on the air cycle machine (ACM). Three motor-operated butterfly valves and two manuals control air flow through the ACM and secondary heat exchanger.

The heat exchanger is used to ensure exact aircraft conditions are met for the ACM under test. Various sensors or ports are available to read temperatures, pressures, shaft displacement etc. by remote data system.


Starter Generator Test Bench

This test stand is designed for the purpose of testing new or overhauled AC Generators. This model is equipped with a high speed gearbox and 200 HP drive motor with a variable frequency drive to run various AC Generators at speeds up to 15,000 RPM

The gearbox is equipped with a standalone and self contained lubrication package. The test stand consists of two sections, a drive section and a test console, that allows the operator to control the test stand from the test console located in a separate location from the drive section.

Pneumatic Test Bench

This Pneumatic Valve Test Stand is a versatile design, providing capability to test a wide variety of pneumatic valves and components installed on all modern aircraft with a broad range of flow, pressure, and temperature requirements in exact accordance with their respective CMMs.

The heat exchanger is used to ensure exact aircraft conditions are met for the ACM under test. Various sensors or ports are available to read temperatures, pressures, shaft displacement etc. by remote data system.

To provide and prepare spare parts, we cooperate with supplier and open relation with the factory of spare parts.
